What You'll Do

• Answer immediately speed-to-lead is everything
• Take control of the call guide the conversation, don't follow it
• Qualify and close get commitment and schedule the inspection
• Capture everything loss details, access, decision-maker, insurance
• Set the job up right clean, complete info so ops can execute
• Hand off seamlessly no dropped balls, no confusion
• Document like a pro CRM entries must be clean and complete
• Continuously improve refine scripts, tighten processes, get better daily

• Close rate: 80%+ qualified calls booked
