Field Marketing Representative / Canvasser

WinChoice is hiring Field Marketing Representatives / Canvassers to help generate qualified appointments for residential window and door sales.

This is a field-based, people-facing sales role. You will be speaking directly with homeowners in local neighborhoods, creating interest, qualifying opportunities, and setting appointments for our in-home sales team.

We are not looking for someone who simply wants to "knock doors." We are looking for sharp, driven, coachable people who understand that canvassing is one of the fastest ways to build real sales skills, leadership ability, and income potential.

As WinChoice expands, we will need future team leads, field trainers, and canvass managers. This position is the starting point for those opportunities. Candidates who show strong work ethic, professionalism, production, leadership instincts, and the ability to help others improve will be considered for advancement as the department grows.

Compensation

This position offers competitive pay with performance-based earning opportunities.

Compensation may include base pay, bonuses, commissions, or other incentives tied to lead generation, appointment quality, issued demos, and overall production.

High-performing candidates will have the opportunity to grow into future leadership roles as the canvass department expands.

What You'll Do

• Represent WinChoice professionally in residential neighborhoods.
• Speak with homeowners about window and door replacement opportunities.
• Generate interest and set qualified appointments for the sales team.
• Follow company scripts, training, territory plans, and appointment quality standards.
• Track daily activity, conversations, leads, and results.
• Handle rejection, objections, weather, and field conditions with a strong attitude.
• Work with field leadership to improve your approach, communication, and results.
• Maintain a positive, professional image while representing the company at the door.
• Support team goals and contribute to a high-performance field marketing culture.

Requirements

Required:

Ability to work evenings and/or weekends as needed.

Willingness to learn, be coached, and improve.

Preferred:

Previous canvassing, door-to-door, appointment setting, outside sales, retail sales, home improvement, roofing, solar, pest control, security, or customer-facing sales experience.

Leadership experience in work, sports, military, school, or volunteer settings. Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus. Interest in growing into a field trainer, team lead, or canvass management role.
