What You'll Do:
As a caregiver with Flatirons Flex Care, you'll play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our clients in their homes. Responsibilities include:
• Companionship & conversation to uplift and support clients
• Personal care, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and hygiene
• Meal prep & feeding assistance to offer nourishment and encouragement
• Light housekeeping & laundry to maintain dignity and cleanliness
• Mobility support, including transfer assistance, positioning, and range-of-motion exercises
• Medication reminders to ensure safety protocols are followed
• Errands and appointment transportation (as needed and applicable)
• Additional duties based on individualized care plans
What We Look For:
Our care model is people-first - so we look for individuals who reflect that from within. We're seeking reliable, punctual, and professional caregivers who:
• Are 18 years of age or older
• Have a High School Diploma or GED preferred
• Possess a heart for care and a willingness to learn
• Are able to drive or have access to reliable transportation with valid insurance
• Can provide 2 forms of ID and eligibility documentation
• Are eligible for direct deposit enrollment
• Are bilingual a plus
