This role serves as a strategic legal partner to commercial, procurement, operations, finance, and executive leadership teams, providing practical legal guidance that enables innovative supply chain solutions and drives business growth.The Senior Corporate Counsel will lead the drafting, review, and negotiation of complex commercial agreements while advising on integrated service offerings, procurement strategies, manufacturing and supply arrangements, and evolving business models.
