Paint Sales Associate

Department: Paint FLSA Status: Non-Exempt Salary / Pay Rate: $18.50 - $21.00 /hr

POSITION SUMMARY

The Paint Sales Associate Role is responsible for all phases of the paint department including, but not limited to responsible for paint/color matching. Stocking shelves and inventory control. Loss prevention. Fronting and facing. Keeping a clean department. And providing knowledgeable and courteous answers to our customers. QUALIFICATIONS

Required: Have the ability to lift 50 pounds. Must be able to multitask while being fast, accurate, and efficient. Must pass a pre-employment drug test and background check. Preferred: Experience working in the painting industry. Have knowledge paint and painting materials. Enjoy helping customers and ensure customer satisfaction by demonstrating an energetic, friendly, and positive demeanor.
