Work Schedule: Monday-Friday | 8:00 AM-5:00 PM (7:30 AM-4:30 PM on orientation days) | Regular overtime expected, averaging approximately 44-46 hours per week

They are seeking a polished and bilingual HR Administrator to play a key role in onboarding, orientation, and new hire support. Job Description:

The Bilingual HR Administrator will oversee onboarding activities and facilitate new hire orientation programs for employees across multiple locations. Serving as a highly visible representative of the organization, this individual will ensure all pre-employment and onboarding requirements are completed accurately while creating a positive and professional experience for new team members.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and facilitate new hire orientation sessions for employee groups of varying sizes.
• Guide employees through onboarding processes and ensure all required documentation is completed accurately.
• Process and monitor I-9 verifications, employment eligibility documentation, and onboarding records.
• Coordinate and track background checks, drug screenings, physical exams, and other pre-employment requirements.
• Audit onboarding files and employee records to ensure compliance and completion of all required documentation.
• Enter and maintain employee information within HR systems and databases.
• Support onboarding logistics and documentation for multiple office locations as needed.
• Communicate onboarding schedules, expectations, and next steps with new hires and internal stakeholders.
• Maintain organized records and ensure timely follow-up on any outstanding employment requirements.
• Serve as a professional and welcoming point of contact for new employees throughout the onboarding process.

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of HR Coordinator, Human Resources, or Employee Onboarding experience required.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish required.
• Hands-on experience managing I-9s, E-Verify, background screening processes, drug testing, and employee onboarding documentation.
• Previous experience facilitating or supporting orientation programs preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate, compliant employee records.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional and polished presentation style.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a high level of accuracy.
• Comfortable interacting with employees at all levels, from field personnel to leadership teams.
• Proficiency with HR systems, Microsoft Office applications, and data entry functions.
