Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations and assessments for students in a remote setting, identifying mental health needs and developing effective treatment plans.

• Implement behavior management strategies to monitor and address behavioral issues, collaborating closely with educational staff and parents.

• Engage in individual and group therapy sessions, utilizing third-wave therapies such as Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) to support positive outcomes.

• Work collaboratively with a team that includes educators, healthcare providers, and other social workers to integrate mental health strategies into the school environment.

• Document clinical interactions and outcomes accurately in our electronic health record system, ensuring compliance with all regulatory standards.

• Provide guidance and support to families, equipping them with skills and resources to enhance their child's development and address any emerging concerns.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will primarily work with a diverse population of children and adolescents, each facing unique challenges related to mental health. Your efforts will contribute significantly to promoting resilience and coping strategies among students, many of whom may experience anxiety, depression, or behavioral issues in a school setting.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, or a closely related field is required.

• A valid Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) certification in the state of California is essential.

• Demonstrated experience providing clinical services, with a minimum of 3 years in a relevant setting.

• Proficiency in utilizing computer systems, including MS Outlook and Word, alongside electronic health record systems for efficient documentation.

Preferred Experience\n

Experience working within educational settings or with children and teens during mental health crises is highly desirable. Additionally, familiarity with evidence-based treatment modalities and group therapy facilitation will enhance your effectiveness in this role.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 120,000 to 130,000 annually, complemented by a comprehensive benefits package.
