Strategic Sales Executive

Paychex is seeking a Strategic Initiatives Leader for Sales to plan and drive divisional initiatives approved by the Sr. VP of Sales and Division VPs. You will coordinate a matrix of sales support and internal partners to deliver on key initiatives and achieve divisional KPIs. In this role you will analyze performance data, provide guidance to senior leadership, optimize sales coverage and forecasting, and partner with HR to attract top talent. #J-18808-Ljbffr
