Graphic Designer / Production Artist

Core Responsibilities Create intelligent designs for retail, healthcare and corporate clients, including signs, banners, vehicle graphics, wall wraps, window graphics and other hard‑working visual communication products Preflight and optimize files for efficient production (color management, resolution, sizing, layering) Output files to wide‑format printers, vinyl cutters/plotters, and related equipment Manage the production queue to ensure client deadlines are met Maintain organized digital job files and assist with media & ink inventory and ordering Perform routine maintenance (e.g. replace ink cartridges, routine print head cleaning, etc.) Desired kills & Experience Strong portfolio demonstrating clean vector work, typesetting, photo editing, layout design for related projects Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite — primarily Illustrator and Photoshop, with Firefly and Adobe Stock a plus Experience preparing files for wide‑format printing and cutting Strong attention to detail and accurate color‑matching skills Strong English language skills for proofreading, spell checking and grammar Comfortable working around production equipment and ability to load heavy material rolls onto printer Ideal Candidates Will Have Previous sign shop, print shop, or relevant graphics production experience Willingness to work in both one‑person and team‑based environments Ability to work in a fun, fast‑paced environment with tight deadlines Benefits Competitive pay PTO and holiday pay Incentivised bonuses Healthcare and retirement savings plans See your work on display all around town Compensation: $27.00 - $33.00 per hour Typical Monday through Friday business hours Fast growing industry.
