We utilize a variety of social listening, research, and analytics tools to provide holistic reporting that helps guide digital strategies and ensures our clients are able to maximize returns from every effort across their portfolio.We’re looking for a Senior Social Media Analyst that is ready to collaborate with multiple teams to support global tech and entertainment brands. Regular reporting includes talent vetting, owned performances cross-platform, audience development, and creative insights for recommendations.WHAT YOU'LL DO:Support our best-in-class client base by partnering with creative and strategy teams to provide insights that elevate their social media presenceTrack project KPIs and collaborate on a reporting roadmap that supports brand initiatives across priority social platformsTranslate large datasets into actionable insights and present those findings across the organization to a variety of audiencesOwn measurement systems for your clients including managing data collection and recommending opportunities for additional streamliningWHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:4+ years of experience doing social media reporting and insights, preferably on campaigns that have integrated influencer marketing or talent partnershipsAdvanced experience with ExcelExperience working in social media data, with an understanding of social performance metrics with the ability to identify why content is/isn’t successfulExperience collaborating with multiple work streams to build internal and competitive benchmarksExperience collaborating and presenting your insights to leadershipExperience working in social media monitoring tools, social media management tools, and social listening tools (CreatorIQ, Sprinklr, Meltwater, Brandwatch, ListenFirst etc.)Experience working with data visualization and presentation software (PowerPoint, Google Slides, Looker Studio, Tableau, Keynote etc.)Written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships (both internally and with clients)Ability to conduct high level analysis and provide insights in a consumable format that provides creative and strategy teams with actionable next stepsHas a finger on the pulse of emerging social trends and platforms, and can think critically about how to implement those best practices for our clientsBase salary range: $75k - 100k, plus bonus potential if applicable for role.Actual base salary is dependent on several factors including but not limited to; market dynamics, location and region, experience, specialized skills/training (education), level of responsibility, budgetary considerations, tenure at the company (for current employees), etc. The salary range listed is just one component of the total compensation package for employees.
