We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused and highly collaborative Contract PipelineManager to join our team. In this role, you will manage and be accountable for the end-to-end sales pipeline for both new and existing Medical Providers, including oversight of the associated legal contract processes. As the process owner, you will work cross-functionally with the Medical Provider Sales team, Legal, Senior Leadership, Finance, and key Operations partners to ensure a seamless and efficient experience for Providers engaging with our organization. You will play a critical role in driving alignment, removing friction, and accelerating the progression of Medical Providers through the pipeline—from initial engagement to contract execution. Success in this role requires strong attention to detail, disciplined task execution, and the ability to influence stakeholders without direct authority. A process-driven mindset and commitment to continuous improvement will be essential to optimize workflows, enhance visibility, and ensure Medical Providers move through the pipeline quickly, accurately, and completely. This is an in-person, hybrid position based out of our Las Vegas office. Responsibilities Manage the end-to-end front end sales funnel pipeline for prospects and existing customers who are re-contracting, including project planning, timeline management, and execution of implementation tasks. Own and manage the end‑to‑end portfolio lifecycle, including intake, prioritization, planning, execution, and measurement of outcomes, ensuring alignment with company strategy, revenue goals, and operational priorities. Establish and maintain Portfolio governance, decision frameworks, standardized methodologies, and reporting processes to support data‑driven decision‑making. Provide analytical quality review of Contracts and legal documents ensuring accuracy and share awareness of potential issues. Serve as the central point of coordination across stakeholders, driving alignment, accountability, and effective communication throughout the lifecycle. Proactively identify and resolve any issues or challenges that may arise. Lead planning and execution by overseeing timelines, implementation tasks, resource coordination, and cross functional deliverables in partnership with Sales, Operations, Finance, Legal, Product, and Technology teams. Act as a trusted advisor, offering best practices and recommendations based on industry knowledge and expertise. Prepare and deliver executive level reporting, dashboards, and progress updates that clearly communicate status, risks, and outcomes, while continuously identifying opportunities to improve Provider Onboarding/Portfolio management processes and tools. Key Competencies Independent, critical thinking, and prioritization Executive presence and stakeholder management Strong organizational and decision-making skills Ability to navigate ambiguity and shifting priorities Results oriented with a continuous improvement mindset Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Corporate Legal, Financial, Operations or a related field (or equivalent work experience). 5–8+ years of experience in portfolio management, legal operations, or a related role. Proven experience in customer onboarding, project management, or implementation management within a healthcare revenue cycle, technology, or similar industry. Strong analytical skills with the ability to synthesize data into clear recommendations. Excellent communication and executive‑level presentation skills. Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail. Proficiencyin CRM software and project management tools (e.g.,Salesforce,Smartsheet).
