RN Nurse Manager

North Ridge Health and Rehab in New Hope, MN is looking to hire a full‑time Nurse Manager Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Transitional Care (TCU) team. This rehabilitation nursing position offers a competitive salary up to $106,000 per year (based on experience) and a $5,000 sign on bonus. Day in the Life of a Nurse Manager (RN) As a Registered Nurse, you provide total care for residents by monitoring their condition and needs, following physician orders to administer medications and treatments, ensuring policies are followed, monitoring for side effects, and reporting any changes. You also oversee the nursing assistant‑registered staff to ensure that resident care plans are being followed. With a close eye for detail, you complete documentation, admit and discharge residents, report any bruises, skin tears, or neglect, maintain confidentiality, and uphold HIPAA requirements. Your warm demeanor helps you provide excellent customer service and build relationships with residents, families, visitors, and colleagues.
