Job Summary:
Physical Therapist Outpatient position located in Mesa, Arizona. This role involves evaluating and treating assigned outpatient therapy patients, developing individualized treatment plans, and ensuring effective recovery and return to community activities. The position requires demonstrating professional standards, maintaining compliance, and promoting safety in all aspects of patient care.

Job Details:

• Schedule: Days shift, 8 hours per day, minimum of 40 hours per week.
• Required Qualifications: Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited school; 0 years of outpatient clinical experience; CPR certification; active and applicable license for the State of Arizona; ability to adhere to state practice acts and regulatory standards; completion of minimum experience requirement of 0 years.
• Preferred Qualifications: Successful previous assignment with the agency; previous assignment with the organization.
• Additional Information: Responsible for completing comprehensive patient evaluations, developing and implementing treatment plans, and documenting care accurately and timely within regulatory guidelines. Participates in student programs, maintains professional licensure, and adheres to organizational performance improvement initiatives. Upholds safety, confidentiality, and professional standards in all aspects of the role.
