Job Description

This position is eligible for a $250 sign on bonus, payable after 60 days in the role.

Aramark Facilities Management is hiring Custodial Services Workers in Williamson, NY to help keep facilities clean, safe, and ready for daily use. In this janitorial role, you will handle routine cleaning tasks such as restrooms, floors, kitchens, and common areas using professional cleaning tools and chemicals. You will empty trash, disinfect surfaces, and make sure all areas meet cleanliness standards. This is a hands-on job that requires reliability, strong work ethic, and attention to detail. Multiple shifts are available, including mornings, afternoons, evenings, and overnight, with a rotating weekend day. This role is ideal for dependable custodians, cleaners, or maintenance workers who take pride in their work and show up consistently.

Compensation Data

COMPENSATION: The Hourly rate for this position is $19.00 to $21.00. If both numbers are the same, that is the amount that Aramark expects to offer. This is Aramark?s good faith and reasonable estimate of the compensation for this position as of the time of posting.

Job Responsibilities

• Clean and disinfect restrooms, break rooms, kitchens, and common areas
• Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors to remove dirt and debris
• Empty trash, replace liners, and transport waste to designated areas
• Break down boxes and manage recycling as needed
• Dust surfaces, including high dusting, vents, and fixtures
• Clean glass, mirrors, and other reflective surfaces
• Safely use cleaning chemicals and follow proper procedures at all times
• Operate and maintain cleaning equipment such as vacuums and mops
• Follow cleaning checklists to ensure all assigned areas meet standards
• Report maintenance or repair issues through work order processes
• Lock or unlock areas as needed and help maintain facility security
• Work indoors in a fast-paced environment with frequent walking, bending, and lifting

Qualifications

Required:

• Previous custodial, janitorial, or cleaning experience preferred
• Strong attendance and reliability with ability to work assigned shift
• Ability to safely handle cleaning chemicals and equipment
• Good communication and customer service skills
• Ability to perform physical work (standing, walking, lifting, bending) throughout shift
• Willingness to work one rotating weekend day

Preferred:

• Experience in commercial, industrial, or large facility cleaning environments
• Familiarity with floor care and deep cleaning processes

Schedule Availability Required:

• Must be available for one of the following shifts:
  • 6:00 AM ? 2:30 PM
  • 10:00 AM ? 6:30 PM
  • 2:00 PM ? 10:30 PM
  • 5:00 PM ? 1:30 AM
• Monday?Friday with rotating weekend day
