Lakeview Village is a continuing care retirement community. We have an opening for a full-time Housekeeper.
Pay $15 and up, based on experience.
Lakeview Housekeepers are responsible for keeping the premises of Lakeview Village property clean and orderly. They clean and prepare rooms or living areas after resident dismissal, transfer or move-in/move-out according to regulations.

Qualifications: Ideal candidates will have the following qualifications & skills:
- GED or high school diploma
- Current CPR certification
- Current, unrestricted, valid Driver's License
- Possesses an empathetic approach to the elderly
- Able to work in a team setting with residents, relatives, staff, and others
- Able to meet the physical demands of the job:

- Occasional maximum carry of 40 lbs. 100 feet
- Frequent maximum carry of <30 lbs. 300 ft
- Occasional maximum horizontal push/pull force of 40 lbs.

- Maximum occasional vertical pull and downward push of 15 lbs.
- Maximum frequent grip of 20 lbs.
- Maximum frequent pinch of 3 lbs.
- Occasional climb (height will vary depending on resident's home and personal vehicle)
