The People Analyst will manage the project life cycle; communicate project status, goals, and targets; and research, develop, and implement policies and procedures as needed.Please review the full job flyer here.**Essential Duties And Responsibilities**Within a team structure, this position will perform the following responsibilities:**Data Project Coordination (50%)****People Data Analytics (50%)****Job Specifications****Minimum Required*** **Education/Experience:** + BA/BS in Human Resources, Psychology, Statistics, Business Administration, or related field from four-year College or University + Minimum of 3 years experience in People Analytics and/or Data Science experience with a focus on workforce or people trends. + 1 year Workday Custom Report Writing and Calculated Fields required.* **Technical Requirements**:*In addition to the education/experience requirements above, the following technical skills and competencies are required:** Demonstrated ability in data collection, data cleansing and analysis, including advanced analytics techniques such as multivariate regression models.* Working knowledge of statistical analysis, research design, data collection, interpreting results, and translating findings into actionable recommendations* Background in HR data reporting, interactive dashboards, and successfully collaborating with HR functional leaders and analysts, preferably in a corporate environment.* Demonstrated proficiency with BI and data visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Visier, SQL Query, or comparable analytic platforms.* Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, with the ability to manage and analyze data efficiently.* **Professional/Technical Certifications**: n/a* **Bilingual Required**: n/a* **Travel**: Some travel/business related driving required; This position requires travel.
