Pay or shift range: $24 USD to $26 USD. The estimated range is the budgeted amount for this position. Description Overview: The Vendor Network Team is seeking highly motivated, customer-obsessed, and revenue-driven individuals to join our dynamic team. As part of One Inc’s Vendor network, our team plays a crucial role in facilitating claim payments from our Carriers. The role of the Enrollment Specialist is to provide proactive and exceptional customer assistance via telephone. This involves researching and verifying contact information, making outbound phone calls to ensure smooth processing of claims payments, updating contact information, and meticulously documenting results.
