We know experienced technicians are in demand. As a thank you for choosing Fox Heating & Cooling, new Service Technicians are eligible for a $1,000 sign-on bonus, paid after successfully completing a 60-day probationary period and remaining in good standing.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Perform preventative maintenance and service repairs on residential and light commercial HVAC systems.
• Diagnose equipment issues and provide appropriate repair
• Communicate clearly and professionally with customers and office
• Maintain accurate service records and follow company
• Represent Fox Heating & Cooling with professionalism, integrity, and
• Help maintain a positive, team-oriented culture

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• At least one year of residential HVAC
• Registered Idaho HVAC Journeyman or Apprentice with 2,000 or more hours
• EPA Certification
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving
• Strong communication and problem-solving
• A professional, friendly, and team-first
• Ability to pass a drug test and background check
