Installation Technician – Lead Fleet Upfitting & Commercial Graphics for Flasher Fleet Solutions

The Opportunity:

You will join a fast-paced, high-growth environment installing full vehicle upfitting packages and premium commercial graphics. As a key technician at Flasher Fleet Solutions, you will work across both custom 12V–48V electrical systems and large-format wrap film installations. This hands-on role gives you the opportunity to build custom emergency and commercial fleets while advancing through clear career development tiers.

How You Will Make an Impact:

• Mount, fabricate, and assemble emergency lighting, control systems, racks, tool boxes, and auxiliary power systems.
• Route, terminate, and test low and high-voltage vehicle electrical wiring systems (12V, 24V, and 48V).
• Execute full prep, surface inspection, disassembly, and wrap installation for commercial graphics and color-change films.
• Read and interpret complex technical drawings, wiring schematics, and customer upfitting specifications.
• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve mechanical, electrical, and film installation issues before vehicle delivery.
• Maintain clear documentation for parts used, labor hours, and multi-point quality control checks.

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• Strong mechanical and electrical aptitude with hand/power tools and vehicle wiring systems.
• Demonstrated ability to read technical schematics, wiring diagrams, and layout blueprints.
• Proven experience performing vehicle upfitting, mechanical fabrication, or commercial graphics/wrap installations.
• High level of detail, strong problem-solving skills, and a track record of quality workmanship.

Preferred Qualifications & Experience:

• 3 to 5+ years of experience performing both advanced vehicle upfitting and precision wrap installations.
• Advanced experience with vehicle disassembly/reassembling and complex multi-voltage electrical troubleshooting.
• Professional familiarity with multiple commercial wrap film brands and their handling characteristics.
• Prior leadership experience training junior technicians and leading on-site installation projects.
