Shift: Day Shift | 6:30 AM - 5:00 PM | 4x10-Hour Shifts

PAY BREAKDOWN

Weekly Gross: $ 2000 To 2246 /Week
Blended Hourly Rate: $/Hour
Weekly Taxable Pay: $ 1,080

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS & CERTIFICATIONS

Active, Unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) License From Any U.S. State, Puerto Rico, or U.S. Territory
Arizona RN License Is Not Required
Minimum 3 Years of Nursing / Operating Room Experience Required
Associate Degree or Bachelor's Degree in Nursing Required
Current American Heart Association BLS Certification Required
Current American Heart Association ACLS Certification Required
NIHSS Certification Required
Ability to Circulate Across Multiple OR Specialties Including Orthopedics, ENT, OB/GYN, General Surgery, Ophthalmology, and Dental
Ability to Respond to Emergency Surgical Cases on Short Notice

36 Guaranteed Hours Per Week
Holiday Coverage Required
Must Be Flexible With On-Call and Varied Hours as Needed
PALS Certification Must Be Obtained Within 6 Months of Hire
CNOR Certification Must Be Completed Within 1 Year of Hire
TNCC Must Be Completed Within 2 Years of Hire
Scrubbing Experience Strongly Encouraged
Allscripts EMR Used
Orientation Available Every 2 Weeks
COVID and Flu Exemptions May Be Considered With Completed Declination Form
Limited Shared Housing May Be Available Based on Availability; Housing Application Must Be Submitted at Least 2 Weeks Before Start
