Clinician - Full Time Hybrid

Role Overview: Seeking licensed clinicians pursuing Massachusetts LICSW licensure to provide telehealth and face-to-face mental health care. Responsibilities: Deliver evidence-based, compassionate care to a diverse client base, conducting intakes, diagnosing (preferred), and treating conditions like depression and anxiety. Maintain a minimum of 25 sessions weekly with 30+ hours of availability. Support clients' progress and utilize modern clinical technology including telehealth and EHR tools. Collaborate within a clinical community and participate in supervision and case consultations. Qualifications & Skills: Graduate of an approved 60-credit program, with graduate or post-graduate experience in counseling. Experience conducting intakes and diagnosing under supervision preferred. Must be open to treating various client populations, including couples and children. Confident in clinical technology and a team-oriented mindset. Key Duties: Provide evidence-based mental health services, build a full caseload within 90 days, and contribute to a supportive clinical community. Administrative support for credentialing, billing, and scheduling is provided.
