About the Role:
Hammer & Nails Brea is looking for a talented and passionate Barber to join our team in Brea, CA! This is your chance to be part of a premium grooming experience that's redefining what it means to look and feel your best. Responsibilities:
- Work Hours Wednesday-Sunday 10:30am-7:00pm
- Deliver high-quality haircuts, fades, and tapers tailored to each guest's style
- Perform straight razor shaves, beard trims, and grooming services to premium standards
- Build and maintain a loyal client base through exceptional customer service
- Consult with guests to understand their grooming needs and preferences
- Maintain a clean, sanitary, and organized workstation in compliance with state regulations
- Stay current with men's grooming trends, techniques, and styles
- Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless and elevated guest experience
- Assist with shop chores during down time
Requirements:
- Valid California Barber License required
- Proven experience in barbering, men's grooming, or a related field
- Proficiency in fades, clipper work, scissor cuts, and straight razor shaves
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Professional, punctual, and detail-oriented work ethic
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends
- Passion for the craft and commitment to delivering a premium client experience
