Key Responsibilities\n- \n
- Conduct engaging and therapeutic individual, couple, family, and group counseling sessions via our telehealth platform, adapting techniques to meet the diverse needs of clients. \n
- Develop comprehensive, personalized treatment plans based on thorough assessments and client goals, ensuring measurable outcomes to track progress. \n
- Provide unwavering emotional support and encouragement to clients grappling with various mental health issues, fostering a safe, trusting environment for healing. \n
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams of healthcare professionals when necessary, including medical doctors and social workers, to ensure holistic care for clients. \n
- Maintain meticulous clinical documentation and ensure compliance with ethical guidelines and state regulations while delivering therapy. \n
- Engage in continuous professional development and education to stay informed on industry advancements and implement best practices in counseling. \n

Qualifications\n- \n
- A Master’s degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field is required. \n
- Current state license as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in Virginia. \n
- Minimum of 2 years of experience delivering direct counseling services, ideally in a telehealth setting.' \n
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a focus on active listening and empathy. \n
- Proficient in building rapport and establishing trust with clients through compassionate care. \n
- Demonstrated problem-solving abilities and critical thinking skills to navigate complex client situations. \n

- Familiarity with telehealth systems and electronic health record (EHR) management. \n
- Background in evidence-based therapies, such as CBT, DBT, or trauma-informed care. \n
The position offers a competitive salary range of USD 80,000–90,000 annually, complemented by a variety of robust benefits.
