Associate Account Manager

Company Description Costmine Intelligence is a mine cost data, estimation and property intelligence and research business owned by Vancouver-based Glacier Media. Costmine produces an array of proprietary data, models and analytical tools for all stakeholders in the mining industry. Mining industry professionals use our products to screen and filter global mine properties, estimate mine costs and use our databases to benchmark detailed mine cost elements. Role Description We are recruiting an Associate Account Manager to join our team of subject matter experts and help grow and support our university and consultancy client base. Mining industry experience will be favoured but is not required; we encourage candidates with a background in account management, sales or business administration and an interest in the mining industry to apply. Main Responsibilities Account Management Manage a portfolio of small consultancy & Mining clients, supporting renewals and identifying upsell opportunities Manage and grow relationships with our university clients, serving as their main point of contact for renewals, usage and product questions Run outbound campaigns to expand our footprint with new and existing university/consultancies/mining accounts Business Development Respond to and qualify small inbound leads, guiding prospects from first contact through to close Customer Experience Own the customer support queue, triaging and resolving client questions or escalating to the right internal team Track client usage and satisfaction to flag renewal risk or expansion opportunities early Other related duties to the account management and customer experience function as they arise. Skills & Qualifications College or university level degree in business administration, marketing or a related field 1-2 years of experience in a customer-facing role such as account management, customer success or sales Experience with CRMs (Salesforce or other) is an asset Strong written and verbal communication skills Comfortable managing multiple accounts and priorities at once Ability to work independently with remote teams Must have authorization to work in the USA Must be based in or willing to relocate to the Spokane, WA area for this hybrid role Salary Range: $45-55k plus sales incentives #J-18808-Ljbffr
