***MUST HAVE CRRT & Swan-Ganz & MCS EXPERIENCE*** Impella, IBAP, LVAD/RVAD, ECMO

2 years of prior CVICU RN experience required
BLS, ACLS, NIHSS required
EPIC charting experience required
First time travelers accepted
Locals NOT accepted (cannot live in the state of UTAH)
