Job Title: Nurse Manager – Med Surg/Telemetry Location: Napa, CA Schedule: Full-Time, 8-Hour Day Shifts Compensation: $111,983 – $176,766 annually Employment Type: Full-Time Relocation Assistance: Not available Visa Sponsorship: Not available Job Overview We are seeking an experienced Nurse Manager for a Med Surg/Telemetry unit in Napa, California. This is a full-time leadership role responsible for overseeing daily operations, clinical standards, staff development, and overall performance of the assigned patient care unit. The Nurse Manager will maintain 24‑hour accountability for the unit and provide strong clinical leadership to ensure safe, high-quality, patient‑centered care.
