Responsibilities

• Help Individuals and families protect what matters most
• Answer Inbound calls and help our customers with their insurance needs.
• Set and keep appointments
• Participate in training, role play, and coaching
• Continuously improve your consultative insurance skills

Requirements

• Possess a genuine willingness to learn, be intuitive and resourceful and be coachable.
• 1 or more years of State Farm experience
• Possess an upbeat, positive and enthusiastic attitude.
• Proficiency to multi-task, follow-thru and follow-up.
• Excellent Communication/interpersonal skills.
• A Property Casualty insurance license is required.
• Customer-Facing role experience
