This role focuses on providing vital counseling and intervention services for students in need. The ideal candidate will have a background in Educationally Related Mental Health Services (ERMHS) or ERICS, and be comfortable collaborating with multidisciplinary school teams to support student success. You will have the chance to work independently, stepping into an established program with minimal training required.

Ideal Experience and Qualifications:

• Licensed LMFT or LCSW with direct ERMHS/ERICS experience in a school environment (top priority)
• Alternatively, credentialed or licensed school psychologist with school-based ERMHS/ERICS experience
• Skill and familiarity with the IEP process, including contribution to IEP meetings
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to build rapport with students, parents, and staff
• Comfortable working independently as well as part of a team

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide mental health services and therapeutic support for students as required by their IEP
• Develop and implement individualized intervention strategies
• Collaborate with educational staff and families to support student progress
• Maintain detailed records and contribute professionally to IEP meetings
• Participate in school-based team meetings and consultations
