Financial Solutions Advisor Registration Candidate - South Shore Market

Job Overview Provide comprehensive advice and customized solutions to help clients achieve their financial goals. The position may involve residential mortgage loan origination and requires SAFE Act registration. Key Responsibilities Work with clients to plan short- and long-term financial goals by building a financial plan with brokerage products such as stocks, bonds, mutual funds, annuities, and banking and money‑management solutions. Recommend banking and investment strategies that align with client financial goals and needs. Triage client requests and make referrals to internal service providers based on client needs and asset thresholds. Mitigate and control risk as part of daily activities. Identify and engage potential new clients through referrals or financial center clientele. Required Qualifications Aptitude in obtaining required industry licenses. Self‑disciplined time and capacity management. Experience cultivating client relationships, assessing needs, and recommending solutions. Strong peer relationships through effective communication and collaboration. Results‑driven mindset while prioritizing client interest in a complex, fast‑paced environment. Ability to execute multiple tasks simultaneously. Ability to learn and adapt to new technology or applications. Minimum Education: High School Diploma / GED / Secondary School or equivalent. Desired Qualifications Currently holds FINRA Securities Industry Essentials (SIE). Bachelor’s degree and/or at least one year of financial services industry or sales experience. Schedule & Compensation Schedule: Monday – Friday with rotating Saturdays. 1st shift, United States. 40 hours per week. Pay: $28.85 – $33.65 hourly. Base salary only; no incentive eligibility.
