Responsibilities

• Coordinate and oversee all shipping and receiving activities to ensure timely and accurate processing of orders.
• Inspect incoming shipments for quality and accuracy, and resolve any discrepancies with vendors.
• Prepare and maintain shipping documentation, including bills of lading and packing lists.
• Manage inventory levels and assist in stock replenishment as needed.
• Collaborate with warehouse staff to optimize storage and organization of goods.
• Utilize shipping software and systems to track shipments and maintain records.
• Communicate effectively with internal teams and external partners to ensure seamless operations.
• Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in logistics or supply chain management is a plus.
• Proven experience in shipping and receiving, preferably in a warehouse or distribution environment.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficient in using shipping software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to lift and move heavy packages and operate warehouse equipment.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
