Behavior Specialist II

Behavior Specialist IIWorking as a Behavior Specialist II you'll have the opportunity to be a part of the ISK Behavior Treatment Team and work directly with a caseload of individuals who require a Behavior Support Plan for medication purposes only. Your role will include completing psychological and/or behavioral assessments to identify their behavioral needs utilizing applied behavior analysis (ABA) principles and current standards. From there, you'll develop Behavior Support Plans and provide training to staff on implementation of these plans. In addition, you will collect and assist with analyzing data for the approximate 150 Behavior Support Plan caseload of the Behavior Treatment Team as a whole. You'll work closely with the Behavior Treatment Review Committee (BTRC) through submission and presentation of Behavior Support Plans for approval as well completing quarterly reviews, including data and analysis, to monitor the effectiveness of the plans, amending them as appropriate. You will work closely with case managers and provider agencies providing consultation and recommendations for individuals who may not require a Behavior Support Plan, but only Behavior Guidelines (not reviewed by the BTRC).
