Consumer Relations Quality Coordinator - Columbus, OH

Abbott Nutrition seeks a Consumer Relations Quality Coordinator in Columbus to manage product complaints, ensure regulatory compliance, and protect brand reputation. The role involves consumer interactions, complaint investigation, and cross-functional collaboration to resolve issues and drive continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality consumer experiences and gather accurate product information through multiple contact channels
• Document, investigate, escalate, and coordinate resolution of product complaints from consumers and healthcare professionals
• Partner with Quality Assurance and Medical Safety teams to communicate findings, identify trends, and drive improvements
• Utilize consumer engagement and quality systems including Five9, TrackWise, and Salesforce for complaint management and analysis
• Provide support during product actions, recalls, and crisis situations including rotating 24/7/365 on-call participation

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Sciences, Nutrition, Business, or related field
• Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills across diverse audiences
• Customer service and contact center experience preferred
• Problem-solving and critical-thinking skills with balanced decision-making ability
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in fast-paced, high-pressure environments
• Technical aptitude across multiple systems and platforms
• Proven accuracy, attention to detail, and service quality orientation

Compensation: $55,300–$110,700 base
