Responsibilities Greet guests in a timely and professional manner; escort guests to tables when appropriate. Provide a warm and sincere greeting, take orders quickly and accurately, and maintain thorough knowledge of the menu. Seat guests in appropriate sections and anticipate guests' needs; assist server and busser staff when necessary; bid each guest a warm and sincere farewell. Support servers on the floor with bussing dirty tables, cleaning floors, arranging tables, and refilling water glasses. Maintain cleanliness of the foyer and surrounding areas, including lighting, temperature, and floor cleanliness; ensure a welcoming environment. Respond to guest needs promptly; handle guest inquiries and, when needed, inform management to ensure follow-up.
