What You’ll Do As a Branch Manager, you are responsible for leading the overall success of the branch by developing people, strengthening member relationships, ensuring operational excellence, and driving business growth. You create an exceptional experience for both employees and members while ensuring the branch operates safely, efficiently, and in compliance with all applicable policies and regulations. Leadership & Team Development Recruit, coach, develop, and retain high-performing team members. Conduct performance coaching and foster employee engagement. Member Relationship Growth Build meaningful relationships with members and community partners. Promote products and services that improve members’ financial strength. Branch Operations & Service Excellence Oversee day-to-day operations and service delivery. Resolve complex member concerns. Financial Performance Achieve growth, lending, deposit, and profitability goals. Analyze branch performance metrics and manage expenses. Risk Management & Compliance Ensure compliance with all applicable regulations and policies. Works a regular and predictable schedule. Compensation Compensation will be based on experience, qualifications, and market alignment.
