If you're passionate about improving the lives of residents while growing your nursing career, we'd love to meet you!Position SummaryThe Registered Nurse (RN) is responsible for overseeing nursing services during the assigned shift and ensuring residents receive high-quality, compassionate care in accordance with individualized care plans, physician orders, and all applicable federal, state, and local regulations.Working under the guidance of the Director of Nursing (DON) and Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON), the RN provides clinical leadership, supports nursing staff, and promotes a safe and positive environment for residents and team members.Essential ResponsibilitiesClinical LeadershipSupervise and support nursing staff throughout the assigned shift.Ensure quality resident care is delivered in accordance with care plans and clinical standards.Monitor resident conditions and respond appropriately to changes in health status.Administer medications and treatments as ordered.Assist with admissions, transfers, and discharges.Complete incident, accident, and clinical reports accurately and promptly.Communicate effectively with physicians, residents, families, and interdisciplinary team members.Nursing OperationsAssist nursing leadership with the daily operations of the nursing department.Help implement and maintain nursing policies, procedures, and best practices.Support compliance with federal, state, and facility regulations.Participate in quality assurance initiatives and state survey readiness.Coordinate resident care with rehabilitation, dietary, social services, and other departments.Documentation & ComplianceMaintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.Ensure resident health information remains confidential and secure.Report concerns regarding resident safety, compliance, or privacy.Promote adherence to facility policies and professional nursing standards.Team DevelopmentParticipate in care plan and interdisciplinary team meetings.Mentor and support nursing staff to promote clinical excellence.Foster a respectful, collaborative, and positive work environment.QualificationsCurrent California Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing.Skilled nursing or long-term care experience preferred.Strong clinical assessment and critical-thinking skills.Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational abilities.Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.Dependable and committed to providing high-quality resident care.Passion for providing compassionate, resident-centered care.Why Join All Saints Maubert?Competitive pay: $39.00–$40.00 per hourFull-Time AM & NOC shift opportunitiesSupportive and experienced leadership teamOpportunities for professional growth and advancementCollaborative and welcoming workplace cultureMeaningful work that makes a difference in residents' livesStable full-time employment with a team that values your contributionsApply Today!If you're a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) committed to providing exceptional resident care, we invite you to apply today and become part of the All Saints Maubert family.
