Customer Service Representative / Junior Level

$30000 - $40000 A growing services company is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join their team. In this client-facing role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for incoming customer inquiries, ensuring all calls are answered promptly, documented accurately, and directed to the appropriate internal teams. You will play a key role in delivering a positive customer experience and supporting day-to-day service operations. This position is heavily phone-based and focused on handling customer inquiries, coordinating requests, and maintaining clear communication throughout the service process. The ideal candidate is highly organized, calm under pressure, and comfortable managing a high volume of calls while maintaining professionalism and accuracy. You will work closely with internal teams and management to ensure all customer requests are handled efficiently and that customers receive timely updates. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, helping others, and providing excellent customer service. This role will be on-site in Pottstown, PA.
