Position OverviewF&M Trust is seeking an experienced and service-driven Senior Financial Services Representative to join our West Washington Street Office in Hagerstown, MD. This role serves as a key operational and customer-facing leader within the branch, supporting daily office functions while delivering high-quality financial solutions to customers.The Senior FSR combines hands-on transactional responsibilities with mentorship and operational oversight, helping ensure the branch runs efficiently while maintaining a strong focus on relationship-building and service excellence.This is a full-time position, typically working approximately 40 hours per week, with access to a comprehensive benefits package and opportunities for professional growth.What You'll DoAs a Senior Financial Services Representative, you will:Support and coordinate daily branch operations to ensure smooth customer service deliveryPerform a wide variety of financial transactions with a high level of accuracy and confidentialityBuild relationships with customers by identifying needs and recommending appropriate products and servicesOpen and service consumer deposit accounts and support business account openings as neededAct as a trusted resource for customers, team members, and branch leadershipMaintain compliance with bank policies, procedures, and regulatory requirementsLead by example when it comes to professionalism, teamwork, and service standards What We're Looking ForThe ideal candidate will bring both technical skill and a customer-first mindset.
