Job Description Under the direction of the Sr Talent Business Partner, you will help to forecast, identify, build, and implement proactive talent solutions that align with business goals. The Talent Business Partner supports the Service Operations business unit with Performance Management, Employee Relations, Organizational Development, Workforce Planning and uses business acumen along with their talent expertise to build strategic partnerships. Your Role on Our Team Disruptive Duties and Responsibilities Business Partnership: Employee Relations & Compliance: Employee Experience: Metrics & Reporting Recruiting Payroll Provide program support to Talent Management in the following areas: Required Qualifications Have a minimum of 6 years of progressive Talent experience supporting Sr Leaders and aligning Talent to business goals. This position requires a bachelor’s degree in a related field and/or equivalent experience. Previous HR Generalist experience.
