If you are looking for weekend work and want to be a vital part of a team committed to improving our community? We are seeking a passionate, experienced Youth Specialist to join our team at a Youth Residential Program in Bellville, MI . We have full-time and part-time opportunities in a role that is essential for providing direct support, guidance, and security to youth in a supportive, structured residential environment. As a Youth Specialist, you will be a key role model and source of support for teenage boys residing in the program. Your primary shift will be days and afternoon shifts on weekends . Qualifications Education: A minimum of a High School Diploma or G.E.D . Transportation : Reliable, ongoing transportation is essential, as you will be required to provide transportation for the youth. Michigan Driver's License: Must have a valid, unrestricted driver's license and an acceptable driving record. Clearances : Satisfactory results on an MDHS Central Registry Clearance and State Police Record Check.
