This role requires exceptional attention to detail, strong customer service skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities Monitor and manage repair work orders through ServiceChannel. Communicate with stores, service providers, and internal teams regarding repair status and updates. Follow up on open work orders, missing ETAs, and outstanding repair issues. Maintain accurate documentation, repair records, and asset history. Process freezer downtime credits and maintain supporting documentation. Manage component replacement logs and warranty records. Review, track, and organize purchase orders and invoices within SAP. Ensure compliance with departmental processes, SOPs, and documentation standards. Required Skills & Qualifications Strong customer service and communication skills. Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy. Highly organized with excellent time management skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously. Strong follow-through and accountability. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Teams, Word). Experience with work order management systems, SAP, or similar platforms preferred.
