Backed by $17 million in funding, the team is building next-generation voice AI, real-time systems, and enterprise hiring software that sits at the intersection of artificial intelligence, consumer experiences, and enterprise infrastructure.What You Will DoDesign, build, and scale the core platform powering real-time AI interview experiences.Develop customer-facing applications across the full stack using React, TypeScript, Python, and cloud infrastructure.Build highly responsive conversational AI systems capable of supporting thousands of concurrent interviews.Optimize latency, reliability, and scalability across real-time voice and video applications.Build enterprise software that integrates with applicant tracking systems and customer hiring workflows.Design intuitive interfaces for hiring teams to review interview insights, analytics, and candidate evaluations.Collaborate closely with AI engineers to integrate large language models and conversational AI into production applications.Architect scalable backend services, APIs, and cloud infrastructure supporting enterprise customers.Contribute to product direction while rapidly shipping new customer-facing features.Help establish engineering best practices within a fast-growing startup environment.Ideal Background5–10 years of professional full-stack software engineering experience.Strong experience building production applications using React and TypeScript.Backend expertise with Python, including FastAPI, asynchronous programming, and scalable API development.Experience building customer-facing SaaS products from concept through production.Familiarity with cloud infrastructure, Kubernetes, Docker, and modern DevOps practices.Strong computer science fundamentals with a degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Mathematics, or a related STEM field.Proven experience contributing as an individual contributor within high-growth engineering organizations.Strong product intuition and ability to collaborate closely with product and design teams.Excellent communication skills and enthusiasm for working in a highly collaborative, onsite environment.PreferredExperience at high-growth startups or as an early engineering hire.Background building conversational AI, voice AI, LLM-powered applications, or agentic AI systems.Experience designing real-time distributed systems with strict latency requirements.Strong frontend design sense with familiarity using Figma and modern UI development practices.Experience integrating enterprise software with third-party systems and APIs.Familiarity with PostgreSQL, vector databases, and AI infrastructure.Previous founding engineer or startup leadership experience.Passion for building AI-native products that directly impact customer workflows.Compensation and BenefitsBase salary: $150,000–$250,000.Equity: 0.01%–0.25%.Opportunity to join a rapidly growing AI company transforming the future of hiring.Significant ownership over both consumer-facing and enterprise software platforms.Work directly with founders and an experienced engineering leadership team.Exposure to cutting-edge challenges in conversational AI, voice systems, and real-time infrastructure.Fast-paced onsite engineering culture with significant opportunities for career growth.Opportunity to help build one of the leading AI recruiting platforms while solving complex technical problems at scale.
