It is an intensive, 24-month rotational program consisting of four six-month rotations designed for impending graduates of Master’s and MBA programs with under five years of work experience.This leadership development program integrates customized and diverse professional rotations with continuous development, strength-based coaching, mentoring, group networking opportunities, and strategic thinking initiatives to accelerate professional growth. We engage the participants' creativity, learning agility, and innovation to create bespoke experiences that attract, develop, and retain ELC’s next generation of leaders. Online TrackThe Online track focuses on the increasingly important role of e/m-commerce and digital innovation in today’s retail landscape. The Online SrPA will be exposed to various functions within our organization with a focus on online commercial programming, site merchandising and analytics, and online marketing across brand.com and retailer.com. There will be a particular focus on emerging channels such as Amazon and TikTok Shop, which are fast-growing areas of the business.Sample Rotations:o Bobbi Brown, North America E-commerce o Performance Marketing, Media Platforms o North America Online, AmazonHow Does the SrPA Program Help Participants Succeed? Support From Leaders• Program and rotation managers who will provide guidance and mentorship• Immediate exposure to senior leadership• Informal and formal feedbackDevelopmental Programs• Intensive three-week onboarding program• Full week of developmental education in between first two rotations• Strengths-based individual coaching throughout your time in the programPost-Program PlacementUpon successful completion of the program, SrPAs are considered for Manager-level roles at ELC. This placement is based on existing business needs, the SrPA’s evaluations, rate of development, contribution, and previous work experience.
