Education Requirements: Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field preferred. Equivalent combination of education and recruiting experience will be considered. HR certification or recruitment training is a plus.

Experience Requirements: 1-5 years of experience in recruiting, talent acquisition, staffing, or human resources. Experience managing multiple job openings and supporting hiring efforts across multiple business units or locations. Strong knowledge of candidate sourcing, interviewing, applicant tracking systems (ATS), and recruitment best practices. Manufacturing, industrial, skilled trades, or production recruiting experience preferred. Proven ability to meet hiring goals, manage competing priorities, and work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Physical Capabilities: Ability to sit, stand, and work at a computer for extended periods. Ability to communicate effectively in person, by phone, and through video conferencing. Must be able to travel occasionally to locations within the Houston area. Ability to maintain focus while managing multiple projects, deadlines, and candidate communications.

Job Duties: Partner with hiring managers to identify current and future workforce needs and develop effective recruiting strategies. Source, attract, and engage qualified candidates through job boards, social media, networking, referrals, and industry partnerships. Create and post SEO-optimized job advertisements to maximize candidate reach and applicant quality. Review applications, screen resumes, and evaluate candidate qualifications and experience. Conduct phone, virtual, and in-person interviews while assessing candidate fit for organizational culture and job requirements. Coordinate interview scheduling, candidate communication, and the offer process. Maintain accurate candidate records within the ATS and track recruitment metrics. Build talent pipelines through relationships with schools, community organizations, and industry networks. Ensure compliance with employment laws, hiring regulations, and company policies while delivering an exceptional candidate experience.
