AMLI Residential is hiring an EPA-certified HVAC Maintenance Technician.This hands-on role is ideal for an experienced apartment maintenance technician or HVAC technician who takes pride in delivering high-quality repairs and ensuring residents enjoy a comfortable, well-maintained home.What You'll Do:Perform general and advanced maintenance repairs, including HVAC troubleshooting, AC repair, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, appliance repair, and glass replacementComplete HVAC service, preventative maintenance, and system diagnostics, ensuring optimal performance and resident comfortEnsure all vacated apartments are restored to make-ready condition with strong attention to detailRespond promptly to service requests, including air conditioning and HVAC-related issuesParticipate in an on-call rotation (evenings/weekends as needed)Conduct inspections and assist with preventative maintenance, including HVAC systems, pool care, exterior lighting, and filtersMaintain a clean, organized workspace and properly manage tools, equipment, and inventoryCompensation & Benefits:Competitive Pay + monthly and year-end bonusesMedical, Dental & Vision coverage401(k) with company matchApartment rental discount (AMLI communities)Tuition reimbursement20 PTO days + 9 paid holidaysQualifications:Minimum 1 year of experience in apartment maintenance, HVAC service, or building maintenanceEPA Section 608 Certification or Type 1 and 2 requiredExperience with HVAC systems, AC repair, refrigerant handling, and preventative maintenanceAbility to troubleshoot and complete basic to intermediate HVAC repairs independentlyAvailability for on-call and weekend rotationStrong attention to detail and commitment to quality serviceAMLI is an equal opportunity employer.
