Shift of the Assembler Mon-Thurs 5a-3p or 6a-4p Pay Rate of the Assembler $23/hr Responsibilities of the Assembler Lay out, cut, bond, seal, and assemble products according to drawings, standard operating procedures, and work instructions. Ensure all workmanship meets internal and customer quality standards. Operate with a strong focus on safety, quality, and efficiency to meet production goals. Assist in training co‑workers and new team members as assigned. Perform other related duties as needed to support production. Qualifications of the Assembler High school diploma or equivalent is required. Strong mechanical aptitude and the ability to learn and understand drawings, measurements, and work instructions. Proficiency with hand and power tools. Consistent attention to detail and adherence to quality and safety standards.
