Forklift OperatorSurestaff is immediately hiring Forklift Operators for a client in Bartlett, IL. As a Forklift Operator, you will be an essential part of our client’s core operations, ensuring that quality product is received, processed, and delivered in a timely manner according to client expectations. The Forklift Operator is responsible for operating material handling equipment for the purpose of receiving, moving, locating, relocating, and shipping merchandise. Ideal candidates will be self-motivated, make safety a priority, and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment. Surestaff is invested in their team members! All temp to hire employees are offered competitive compensation ($18-$19.50/hr) as well as a benefits package including health insurance (medical, dental, and vision).Available shifts include:1st shift: 6:00am-2:00pm M-F2nd shift 2:00pm-10:00pm M-F3rd shift: 10:00pm-6:00am M-FResponsibilities of the Forklift Operator:Load and unload inbound and outbound shipments inside the warehouse facility.Verify the accuracy of quantity and quality of deliveries and shipments.Perform picking and packing duties in an efficient and safe manner.Label products and move them accordingly within the warehouse.Keep all equipment in good condition while operating it safe and effectively.Operate sit-down, stand-up, and cherry picker forklifts.Qualifications of the Forklift Operator:Comfortable working in cold environmentComfortable working with food productsPrevious experience operating stand-up, sit-down, and cherry picker forkliftsPrevious warehouse experienceHigh attention to detail and safety/complianceAbout SurestaffAt Surestaff, we are dedicated to helping individuals unlock their career potential through meaningful job opportunities.
