Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) with a background in Geriatrics or Internal Medicine to deliver high‑quality preventative care to residents in skilled nursing facilities. This hybrid role offers flexibility to work on‑site and remotely, supported by a dedicated scribe team for efficient documentation.
