Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) - Long Term Care

This position follows a rotation of 24/40 hours per week, consisting of three shifts one week and five shifts the next, including every other weekend. Additionally, there is a Wednesday education day from 8:30 AM to 2:30 PM for new contracted staff.

Assignment Details

Guaranteed hours: 2440 hours per week.

Requirements

Valid nursing license.
Current certifications as required by the specialty.
Experience in relevant nursing practice.

Responsibilities

Provide direct patient care and support.
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
Monitor patient condition and report changes to the healthcare team.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
Document patient information and care provided accurately and timely.
