Why Nurses Choose Us An independent, consultative role built around autonomy: No bedside care, weekends, or on-call Hybrid structure — local travel plus remote documentation Established support team with steady referral volume Flexible scheduling and caseload Focus on care coordination and recovery outcomes, not shift work What You\'ll Do As a Bilingual Field Nurse Case Manager, you\'ll coordinate medical care for injured workers and act as the connective tissue between providers, employers, adjusters, and attorneys: Coordinate and oversee medical treatment plans Attend appointments and evaluate treatment progression Communicate across providers, employers, attorneys, and carriers Assess medical necessity and appropriateness of care Prepare timely, detailed case management reports Support return-to-work and transitional duty planning Coordinate IMEs and job site evaluations What You Bring Active Texas RN license 3+ years of Workers' Comp Field Case Management experience Bilingual (English/Spanish) required Strong clinical assessment and communication skills Comfort working independently with a flexible caseload Proficiency with electronic documentation systems Reliable transportation across the greater Amarillo area Malpractice insurance, or the ability to obtain it CCM, CRRN, or similar certification a plus Work Type: 1099 Independent Contractor | Flexible caseload If flexibility, autonomy, and meaningful work sound like the right fit, we'd love to hear from you.
