Actual compensation will be based on experience, qualifications, certifications, security clearance, and contract funding. This position is contingent upon contract award.On-site in Northern VirginiaInstalls, configures, integrates, and supports computer systems hardware, operating systems, applications, device drivers, and network infrastructure (routers, switches, network cards, storage, and memory).Diagnoses and resolves system and connectivity issues using analytical troubleshooting.Provides customer-focused technical support and guidance.Communicates technical concepts clearly in writing and verbally for varied audiences.Works independently or within teams, applies basic project management practices to plan, track, and complete tasks, and stays current on emerging technologies, tools, and methodologies.Entry Level: 0-2 years of specialized experienceJourneyman: 2-4 years of specialized experienceFull Performance: 4-6 years of specialized experienceSenior Level: 6-8 years of specialized experienceSubject Matter Expert (SME): 8-12 years of specialized experienceBachelor's Degree or higher in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business, or related scientific or technical discipline.Relevant certifications in programming and development, cloud and infrastructure, architecture and design, or other related networking, cybersecurity, or technology disciplines.Active TS/SCI with an FS Poly adjudicated within the last five (5) yearsNotable Clients B&A has grown to be a company that is trusted by our clients for exceptional service, innovative solutions, and inspired employees.
